The council requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure the booking and advise that a registered doorman may be deemed necessary for the event, including young people's parties held in the evenings. This must be arranged by the organiser of the event with an SIA registered organisation. Proof of this SIA licence must be provided to the Village hall, no less than 2 weeks prior to the event
